Found this and want to share-
"I need to consider the sovereignty of God. The same God who grants me grace in forgiveness also controls the effects of my sins. He's on the business of redeeming evil for good. He's quite remarkable at it."
No test or temptation that comes your way is beyond the course of what others have had to face. All you need to remember is that God will never let you down; he'll never let you be pushed past your limit; he'll always be there to help you come through it. - 1 Corinthians 10:13

“But blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. He will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.” Jeremiah 17:7-8

hello everyone!!
I hope that everyone had a great day today!!! Mine wasn't to bad :) i had class most of the day but then came home finished up some home work read some gospel and got ready for bed! I just wanted to talk about a few things that are on my mind.
I got to talk to a great friend of mine today about religion.
Now i am not very smart when it comes to knowing things about other religions in the world, But i dont find it interesting that there are so many...
I herd some where that all religions pretty much believe the same things... now to me i dont agree with that, but would like to hear other opinions.
So this is a question i want to put out there..
What is the reason for all the different religions, and after breaking them down do they really all have the same basic views?
just some food for thought :)

*Jeremiah 46
As this chapter talks about war and fighting, i makes me think of trying to put myself in the shoes of a fighter. I feel like alot of people these days just dont really understand what it means to really fight for what you believe in, and trust me im not saying i know what it means. There is so much war in the world and its like most of us are sugar coated to it. We can go a life time with out ever even seeing or knowing someone close to us that died for what they believe in. Does that make you feel weak? Thats how i look at it.... I see it as we are a people, a generation who gets everything sugar coated.... we do not know what it means to really die for something.
*Luke 2
I really loved reading this chapter. Getting short different views on Jesus birth! very cool. I would really like to know more about Anna the prophet.
I also really love the shepherds story, they we doing what they do every day, and out 0f no where God called them. They followed!! With out even thinking about it! Wonderful!
*Galatians 1
alrighty... so this chapter was just kinda of a hey this is who i am set up....there is one line i really liked "Im not trying to please people, i want to please God. Do you think i am trying to please people? If i were doing that, i would not be a servant to God." .... that is a very gutsy statement.
